I am exclusively partnering with an International Bank with whom a part of their business is an incubator to disrupt business models, digital assets along with the growing online economy. This is a unique opportunity to join a ‘start up’ portfolio of businesses with the strength of a global and sustainable balance sheet.
This role will report into the Head of HR and provide BP partnership with a portfolio of ventures on a global remit whilst working with country and regional HR teams to ensure the entities are supported. In addition, you will be required to work with the ventures to ensure they are business ready and fit for purpose through the people lens, providing HR advisory services as well as being aligned to the wider business positioning outlined in the Master Agreement.
To be considered for this role you will have financial services HR experience, ideally start, or scale up, along with proven partnering at the leadership team level, be relationship driven and have a flexible approach to your working style to ensure results are achieved and with speed. You would have worked within a global role or have exposure to non-domestic market as well as experience off offshore partnering. You will have led or managed projects as well as creating and executing on strategic agendas. You will be relationship driven, bring natural gravitas to the table to influence outcomes along with being commercially led whilst having a pragmatic overlay.
