Arcus Search are proud to support a leading Insurance Broker, on searching for an adaptable, communicative and driven Business Project Manager.
You will be joining them on a permanent basis, to work on the implementation and delivery of an array of business-facing projects. These will include PAS systems implementation, a new PMO framework, RPA projects and more.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the Policy Administration Platform (PAS) projects and others
- Plan, Control and Deliver multiple live applications and projects within agreed timescales and budgets
- Work closely with Senior Project, Programme Managers and Group-wide teams to ensure enhancements and quality standards are outlined
- Ensuring appropriate MI is made available to the Management teams, to measure progress against key performance indicators (e.g. Operations Dashboard).
- Day-to-day management of all stages of allocated projects - including reporting, updating and escalations
- Develop strong relationships and negotiate with suppliers and management of key stakeholder interaction both internally and externally.
Requirements:
- Previous Project Management experience
- Insurance experience is a must (min. 3 years)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working on Business Change and PAS-oriented projects
