Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging business studies lesson plans for students in line with the curriculum
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and participation
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their learning
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives
- Utilize a range of teaching resources and technologies to enhance student learning and understanding
- Provide guidance and support to students, helping them develop their skills and achieve their academic goals
- Establish effective communication channels with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress and addressing any concerns
- Bachelor's degree in business studies or a related field
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent certification
- Proven experience delivering business studies lessons in a primary or secondary school setting
- Excellent knowledge of the business studies curriculum
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Passion for education and inspiring young minds
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of different students and learning styles
