About the role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Business Support Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in providing operational support to various business functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize internal processes and workflows
• Identify areas for operational improvement and develop and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
• Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures
• Provide project management support for key initiatives
• Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business operations
  
  
  

• Proven experience in a business support or operations role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Proficient in data analysis and report generation
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the fintech industry is desirable
