To find out more about us Business Support Officer L1We are looking to appoint a permanent part time (28 hours) Business Support Officer L1. As part of this exciting role you will be responsible for undertaking administrative duties.Please note the salary advertised is full time equivalent, the salary will be pro rata. About the roleThis part time vacancy provides Business Support to the Kingston & Richmond Cluster Service area which operate across the Kingston and Richmond Boroughs and staff are based in Guildhall 2 (Kingston), Civic Centre (Twickenham) and Moor Lane (Chessington). You will be required to work flexibly across both Moor Lane (Chessington) and Civic Centre (Twickenham).The 28 hour working week will look like: Monday - Thursday 9am - 3.15pm Friday: 9am - 2.30pm.Achieving for Children uses the hybrid model, with an expectation that staff operate a mix of working from home as well as being office based across the AfC offices in Kingston and Twickenham. Part time staff are currently being asked to work one office based day and the remaining days working from home, but this may be varied, depending on Service need and provision. You will be working closely with other Business Support Officers as part of a team, so it will be important for you to form strong working relationships to ensure that you are able to meet the statutory deadlines of the service.Day to day responsibilities will look like: Managing and responding to all requests received in the Business Support inbox.Manage and maintain wait lists, to include coordinating appointments and recording outcomes.Fielding all telephone calls and messages/requests via emails. Receipt and processing of invoices. The ideal candidate would need to have the following attributes.
