Partner with Platform Squads to ensure robust monitoring and resilience of Store Technology systems. Experience in store technology systems configuration and support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent collaboration and communication abilities. Willingness to provide support outside of core business hours for high-priority issues.
