Business Travel Consultant -WFH- up to£40kbasic +performancebonus
Our client a leading independent Travel Management company with Worldwide offices are looking for a Business Travel Consultant to work tojointheir Entertainmentdivisionlooking after avarietyof music tours & media productions
- Ensure that all business travel bookings are dealt with accurately and efficiently.
- Booking flights to worldwide destinations using aGDS(Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus). This may involve the booking of nett fares, large groups and planning complex itineraries.
- Booking hotels and overland transport (rail, car hire).
- Providing advice on visa requirements and arranging visas as appropriate.
- Take ownership and responsibility for all client queries handled until successfully concluded.
- Ensure that all fare rules, regulations and conditions are given correctly with a full explanation.
- Ensure that valid alternatives are offered to all clients.
- Respond to and perform re-issues and recalculations in accordance with clients changing needs.
- Ensure that full support is given to the key preferred suppliers.
- Ensure that agreed service levels are maintained and any problems are reported to your line manager in a timely fashion.
Business Travel Consultant Skills & Experience required;
- Extensive Business Travel Experience (Entertainmentor Tours experience an advantage)
- Working knowledge of Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo
- First class Customer Service
