Join our Buying and Merchandising team as our Buyers Administrative Assistant . This Buying Admin Assistant role is pivotal to the smooth running of the department and its main purpose is to provide a comprehensive range of administrative support to the Buying team, by organising, co-ordinating and assisting with their workload commitments. It also involves ensuring that the team can meet the demands of business by providing weekly product trackers and sales information (best/worst sellers). Provide Buying Team support on a daily basis, build and manage internal and external customer relationships. Participate in and sometimes lead ad hoc projects as requested by the senior buying team. Carry out various daily administrative tasks as requested and deal with various forms of communication, including emails and phone calls and complete any further general administrative tasks as required. Computer literate and preferably experience of using a system and excel Have the drive to learn, develop and contribute towards company performance Enthusiastic and organised individual who is either already in an admin role or is a post-graduate wanting to join our team.
