Job Description

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Buying Administrator to join our Garden Buying team on a 6 Month fixed term contract. it's a diverse role and when we say that no two days are ever the same we are not kidding! y

You will report to the buying manager, and provide comprehensive administrative support to Buying Departments in managing the PO amendments and bookings issues that require action by Supply Chain Operations, this will ensure that products are delivered in time to meet planned delivery and selling schedules.

Your Impact

  • Supply chain critical path management will be large part of your daily duties.
  • You will manage the process for all purchase order amendments and ensure that all required amendments are submitted and amended promptly.
  • You will be the contact for our vendor base for any bookings issues, ensuring communication with both internal and external customers.
  • You should have administrative experience within a head office environment, ideally within the Retail Industry. It is essential for you to have a high level of working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, also knowledge in SAP is desirable
