Job Description

We are Guenther Bakeries Europe, a division of CH Guenther & Son Inc., a leading international food manufacturing group supplying high quality bakery and grain-based products to leading quick-service restaurants and food retailers. Globally the company employs more than 3,800 people in 26 manufacturing locations in Europe, the U.S. and Canada with our history dating back more than 170 years. We are now seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to join out team in Lyons Park Coventry.
Core Purpose
To process Customer orders, complete despatch schedules, complete Export documentation for shipments and stock control
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Customer orders:
Print off customer orders from E-Mail
Enter Customer Order information into SAP
Produce order delivery notes from SAP
File Customer orders and signed delivery notes
Dispatch Scheduling:
Raise each days dispatch sheets from the Customer Orders
Raise release orders for dispatch from outside storage
Request transport for all dispatches
Export:
Request all Export documentation for each Export shipment
Liaise with inspection and shipping agents
Arrange and co-ordinate production and collection dates
Stock Control:
Enter production and sales into spreadsheets
Report daily frozen stock levels
Basic compliance to departmental and business policies:
Ensure work area kept clean and tidy in line with CAYG policy
Ensure PPE and H & S company policies are adhered to
Provide general support and assistance to other team members
Maintain high level of internal and external customer communication and co-operation
