Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer in Cambridge!
A cutting-edge Cyber Security company are looking for a C++ Software Engineer who has experience working on Windows Operating Systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Contribute to developing and maintaining core features for an enterprise-class product deployed on millions of desktops.
- Lead initiatives to enhance security and performance, addressing both usability and performance issues.
- Design and execute upcoming features, incorporating cloud functionality and advancing malware scanning capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management to grasp areas for product improvement, and articulate plans to address them.
- Work in tandem with the Customer Support team to deliver prompt resolutions to customer issues and actively contribute to the product roadmap.
Essential Requirements:
- Possess expert-level programming experience in C or C++.
- Have a strong background in development on the Windows platform, coupled with familiarity in Windows internals.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or possess equivalent qualifications.
Desired Expertise:
- Proficient in low-level programming.
- Previous experience in reverse engineering.
- Hands-on experience in Windows kernel driver development.
