We are committed to promoting workplace diversity as we believe it positively impacts our company and the customers we serve.</p><h3>Description:</h3><p>The Calibration Dataset/Calibration Manager is responsible for managing all hybrid and engine controller calibration datasets to support vehicle development, milestones, and manufacturing. The role involves building development calibrations for powertrain calibration teams, documenting calibration changes, conducting calibration comparisons, supporting in vehicle data capture and analysis, managing system issues, and preparing calibration-related documentation for Production Releases. The Calibration Dataset Manager is a key part of the hybrid propulsion system development, working closely with the calibration team on a daily and weekly basis.</p><p>The successful candidate will potentially perform release DVP&Rs in vehicles to verify calibration releases, demonstrate effective teamwork and communication skills, have a Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of professional experience in Automotive or similar industries related to embedded control systems. Proficiency in Microsoft programs, good oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, effectively manage multiple issues, and a strong knowledge of Powertrain systems are required.</p><h3>Preferred Requirements:</h3><p>Preferred qualifications include knowledge of propulsion systems, calibration of engine, transmission, or hybrid propulsion systems, software development, and releasing.
