Customer Service Assistant

This Client is seeking extremely enthusiastic individuals to join their growing Contact Centre to help with the large volume of incoming calls, emails and web chat messages. They are currently recruiting on a temp to perm basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to gain customer service experience or enhance their experience. Full training will be provided.


Key Responsibilities:

  • inbound calls
  • necessary outbound calls and responding to voicemails
  • to web chats in a timely fashion
  • to emails
  • document any discussions on the system
  • an exceptional level customer service
  • to different caller scenarios and challenges
