Your new role Working in the customer service team, you will be responsible for responding to email queries and liaising with customers, following feedback received. Whilst this role is primarily administration based, you will be required to make some outbound phone calls. You will have access to a knowledge base of responses and have a clearly defined training schedule in your first week to set you up for success!You will be office based in Central Chester throughout the course of your role, which will last from 1st July to August 24th inclusive, with a Monday to Friday work week - so you can make the most of your weekends!What you'll need to succeed You will have bounds of enthusiasm and thrive in a fun and inclusive environment!Perhaps you're currently working in Hospitality or Retail and looking for an opportunity to expand your skills. This role will give you the opportunity to work in an office and enable you to have your weekends free! Whilst experience in a similar role is not essential, if you pride yourself on your excellent people skills, have an engaging phone manner and are able to demonstrate a high level of written and verbal English this role could be for you. The ideal candidate will be confident and resilient, with the ability to handle objections andplaints in a calm and professional manner. You will be available for the duration of the contract, which will be for an 8-week period starting on the 1st of July, therefore, we cannot amodate any holidays throughout. 1–2 days can be reviewed as an exception, but 1 week + is not viable.What you'll get in return Working with this local employer of choice, you will have access to incredible benefits and amenities!
