We have partnered with a well-known business who are looking for a Call Centre Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team on a 12 month FTC in their Bristol offices. This is an excellent organisation who support people with disabilities to have a more independent quality of life.
What you'll be doing
- Monitoring calls and emails to ensure they follow data protection
- Analysing and reporting data trends
- Coaching and training the team where necessary
- Ensuring the team provide a positive process for customers
What you'll need to apply
- Previous Quality Assurance experience within a contact centre or a customer service environment
- Excellent communication skills
