Job Description

The responsibilities required from the call centre team leader are to:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives in a call centre environment.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve individual and team goals, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to optimise customer service standards.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and customer experience.

The Successful Applicant

The successful call centre team leader must have:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a call centre or customer service environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capability to handle customer escalations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • A passion for fashion and an understanding of the clothing industry.
  • Knowledge of call centre technologies and reporting tools.
