As we expand our footprint in the UK, we are seeking a creative and experienced Campaigns & Comms Manager to drive our growth with a focus on increasing brand awareness, developing brand advantage and driving transactions into our busy restaurants through creative campaigns and best- in - market communications strategies . You will report into the Head of Brand Marketing and help deliver our vision of being the most-loved QSR brand in the UK by ensuring our distinct New Orleans spirit and values resonate with the UK audience . You will be responsible for bringing to life large-scale, full funnel brand and marketing campaigns, leading our comms and research strateg ies , and delivering our Mighty Good CSR ambitions. Marketing S trategy & Brand: Develop and implement brand strategies that align with our vision and mission Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels - reinforcing brand values & focussed on driving transactions Plan and deliver campaign s across the marketing mix including digital, social, food, campaigns, advertising & PR Maintain and enhance our brand integrity, creative and positioning across all initiatives and communications D e velop a clear PR strategy that brings us closer to our vision, managing agencies to help achiev e relevant and persuasive press and influencer coverage to underpin brand messaging Lead our brand and marketing campaigns from planning through to post-campaign analysis, delivering campaigns launches that ‘move the needle ’, with impact and to budget Collaborate with creative , comms and digital agencies to produce compelling and consistent brand content Bring our ambition to be Mighty Good into the community and charities by leading our CSR proposition Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement Understand our customer segments – their demographics, behaviours, attitudes, trends and barriers – and as required undertake or commission research to gain deeper insights Turn research and brand tracking insights into actionable plans to improve our brand awareness and preference Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and customers and expand market share Marketing team operations: Manage relationships with external agencies and partners Responsible for successful & timely launch of all campaigns Oversee monthly competitor monitoring (price, promo, activity, campaigns, food) Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives Work closely with the Central Marketing team to support them on opening brilliant new restaurants, driving sales in our existing stores, increasing our delivery presence and preference, and increasing transactions. What we’re looking for ; Strong experience and proven track record in a similar role , ideally in a customer facing industry, such as hospitality, retail or leisure Degree or professional marketing qualification, or relevant and comparable experience Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritise goals Creative, curious and commercial with a proven history of campaign management and growing a brand within the UK market A high level of passion & awareness for the hospitality industry and other globally leading consumer brands Strong communication skills Great at building relationships ; managing and getting the best out of multiple agencies & aligning key stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & meet deadlines Good understanding of digital marketing , media, brand tracking & research Benefits: Competitive salary and bonus scheme Benefits platform, inc. gym discounts and cycle to work Hybrid working, 3 days in Ealing, 2 days from home Private healthcare Life assurance 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays Birthday day off Enhanced parental leave Monthly pay day breakfasts and office snacks Free chicken!
