Job Description
A global management consulting firm is currently seeking Senior Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager level individuals to join their expanding Capital Markets Practice to focus on exciting Business Transformation projects within the Investment Banking sector, helping to define the future of banking. You will get involved in operational improvement and transformational change activities with Tier 1 investment banks focusing on front, middle & back-office functions.
You will ideally be an experienced Capital Markets practitioner who has prior Management Consulting experience and deep expertise working on projects within the Investment Banking sector across:
- Regulatory Change
- Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II)
- European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR)
- Securities Financing Transactions Regulation (SFTR)
- Commercial Lending
- Transactional Banking
- Sustainability & Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)
- Digital Assets
- Risk Management & Compliance
- Quantitative Life Cycle Assessment
