Sales Executive

£20k basic (£50k OTE)
Epsom
Permanent, Full Time
Monday - Saturday / 1 in 3 Sundays (2 days off in the week when working a Sunday)
Our client based in Epsom, is searching for an experienced Sales Executive to join their busy team. If you have experience as a Sales Executive and you're looking for a new, fresh role within the Motor Trade - then please apply with us today!
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Achieving agreed sales targets for new and or used vehicles.
- Building rapport and lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Following the companies' sales process in order to achieve those agreed targets and beyond.
- Handling all customer queries and complaints and ensuring they are resolved to achieve both customer and company requirements.
- Actively achieving targets on a daily basis.
- Managing and developing customer follow-up and prospecting systems designed to create additional sales opportunities for repeat and new business.
- Effectively managing the customer through the sales process; from enquiry to delivery and beyond.
Your background & skill:
- Ability to follow a sales process to achieve targets.
- Proven experience of working within the motor trade car sales.
- Ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers face to face or over the phone.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and conversion rates.
