Care Coordinator needed for an established domiciliary care company based in Coventry. Salary up to £28,000
They are a passionate company who hold a good CQC rating and pride themselves for not only providing care and support to their clients, but equally looking after their staff.
If you have previous experience scheduling rotas as a Care Coordinator or want to be a care coordinator, or you have been a Deputy manager, then you could be a great fit for this role.
The Role;
As the Care Coordinator you will:
Be responsible for a team of support staff who you will need to regularly liaise with to ensure all calls are covered and attended.
Planning rotas in advance and being responsible for matching the right carers with the clients to keep consistency.
Make sure that the online system is regularly updated.
Completing spot checks to ensure the quality of care provided by the carers

The Person;
To be considered for the Care Coordinator role, you will need:
Previous scheduling experience.
Knowledge and understanding of domiciliary care.
NVQ / QCF level 2 Health and Social Care as a minimum.
Clear communication skills.
