Nursing Home Manager
Perth
£63,000 plus bonus
Are you an experienced Home Manager looking for a new challenge in the Perth area? Would you like to earn £63,000 plus an industry leading bonus scheme?

If you would like to gain these benefits you will be:
• RGN/RMN/RNLD with an active PIN OR extensive Nursing home experience (Level 4/5 Leadership & Mgmt)
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience as a Nursing Home Manager (2 years plus)
• Proven track record of achieving or contributing towards GOOD CI grades
• Passion & experience within the elderly care sector

• Modern, purpose built & located in an easily accessible in the Perth area
• Caters for the elderly & those living with mental health conditions & dementia

As the successful Nursing Home Manager you will ensure the clinical & care staff provide the highest levels of care at all times to the residents whilst balancing the budget, dealing with staff issues, supervisions & the lead in care inspectorate & liaisons with the local authorities & key stakeholders.
