Salary: £61k per annum + performance bonus

The Role
Compass Associates have partnered with a highly regarded care provider who operate a strong portfolio of nursing, residential and dementia care homes across the UK. p>
The Registered Manager will join a small to medium sized care home providing general nursing, residential and dementia care. p>
Although not a turnaround position, there is lots of room to develop this home and the provider are eager to hear from candidates eager to drive quality care.
The Candidate
To be considered for the role, you’ll be an RGN with a background in care home management; It’s imperative you hold excellent knowledge of Care Inspectorate requirements, can successfully market the home and work with an open, transparent management style.
Staff well-being and development will be a high priority, along with ensuring care delivered is person-centered.
