Job Title: Care Manager (Maple Lodge)Location: West Hall, West Byfleet, SurreyHours: 37.5 per weekSalary: £38,948.00 per annumCQC Rating: Outstanding The Role: We are recruiting for a Lodge Manager to join the talented team at West Hall – home for up to 117 residents between 3 luxury lodges. We pride ourselves on the care we provide – receiving Outstanding on every CQC inspection since 2016. Working 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £38,948.00 per annum. What does it mean to be a Lodge Manager? Delivery of a service which is economically viable, managers resources effectively to meet customer expectations. You’ll be responsible for the quality of care provided – promoting individualized person-centered care, identify and report any risks or poor practice in line with Anchors safeguarding policy. Lead audits and inspections, conducted by CQC / Local Authorities to ensure excellent outcomes Accountable for the success of the lodge - through effective marketing, financial management, community engagement, managing occupancy / recruitment levels and overall customer experience.
