About the RoleWe are a small expanding care provider operating within the Blackpol, Wyre and Fylde area of Lancashire. We are looking for two individuals to job share a dynamic role. The working hours are between 8:00am and 8:00pm due to the needs of the service. This role would suit an individual who is looking for part-time work as there is flexibility to carry out the role around child care commitments.Job OpportunityWe work closely with the individuals we support and hold their wishes and beliefs at the core of our service delivery.We are looking for a motivated, patient individual who is able to work in a fast paced environment. Experience of working in logistics or managing a rota system is desirable but full training will be given.We have a low staff turnover as we believe it is equally important to invest in our staff as much as the people we support. We have access to both internal and external training which is available on point of entry.In return we are looking for individuals who want to develop and further their own career pathways.
