Care Support Worker Job In Mitcham

We are looking for a committed staff to join our Mitcham Team. Our home specialises in working with young females with learning disability and mental health. Staff should be open minded and creative to support young women to grow and develop.
\nThe jod includes nights and weekend on a rota basis.
\nIt is desireable that staff has a level 3 in health and social care, staff should understand working with people with autism and mental health, have the to skills and tact to support women and their managers.
\nR-H-P Outreach Services is a home, not an institution, we are flexible with the care we provide to ensure the womens needs are met and they are in agreement.
