\nWalfinch Oxfordshire are looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our growing team on a part-time or full-time basis. We are** **flexible and can work around your availability. Our visits are a minimum of 1 hour and we offer care from 8am-8pm. Experience isn't necessary as full training will be provided.
\nWe are proud to say that we pay our Care Assistants, £11PH-£14PH and Bank Holidays, up to £28 PH, and 30p per mile.
\nSpecifications:

• Experience in care provision at a level that reflects the responsibilities of the post applied for
\n
• Functional literacy and numeracy skills
\n
• Good presentation skills
\n
• Computer literate
\n
• Understanding of legislation concerned with care provision
\n
• Full driving licence
\n

Desirable:

\n
• NVQ 2
\n
• Professional qualification
\n
• Experience as a supervisor or senior care worker or other roles within a care providing organisation
\n
