Careers and Enterprise – Student Experience Directorate
The Careers and Enterprise Team’s mission is to develop the employability of Queen Mary University of London students from their arrival at the university until three years after graduation. The Careers and Enterprise Team consists of around 54 FTE staff, working in partnership with academic schools and employers to provide an inclusive portfolio of careers support and opportunities to Queen Mary students and graduates. Our vision is to proactively open the doors of opportunity for Queen Mary students and graduates by innovating and collaborating with our community. About the role
Queen Mary Careers and Enterprise is recruiting for a permanent, full-time appointment Careers Consultant Team Leader. You will be leading and managing a team of Student Employability Advisers (Key frontline staff delivering application, CV and interview advice) as well as leading and managing our Student Careers Ambassadors. You would also coordinate their training and professional development creating a talent pipeline of future Careers Consultants. Post holders also perform Careers Consultant duties (circa 80% of the time), working with academic and other staff to design and deliver effective careers education, advice and guidance.

The role will be based at the Mile End Campus in London. Salary will be in the range of £51, 048 to £56, 921 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
