You will be caring for Care Receivers in their own home in a way which respects their dignity and promotes independence.

Main Responsibilities

Some Of The Things You Can Expect To Do

Assist with the requirements of daily living

Carry out specific duties detailed in a Care Plan

Adhere to any agreed timetables

Work with a care receivers budget

Deliver personal care

Understand and meet the individual needs of the person who needs care

Report any changes in a persons circumstances and wellbeing

Liaise with relevant professionals (GPs, District Nurse etc) when necessary

Deal courteously with people and their families

The Ideal Candidate

Some Of The Skills You May Have As A Candidate

A valid Care certificate or equivalent

Experience delivering care in the community

Friendly, organised and professional

Keen to work independently

Able to complete administration records accurately

Reliable and able to work under pressure
