Category Manager - Offshore Wind - Transport and Installation
Location: Norway OR England OR Scotland
Work Pattern: Permanent, Full-time, Hybrid
As the Category Manager for the T&I package you will manage the strategic procurement of a portfolio of Offshore Wind projects in Early Development for a well-known Renewable Energy developer.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a detailed category strategy for T&I
- Negotiate significant contracts with global supplies
- Provide innovative contributions to aid optimal bidding solutions
- Provide market intelligence to internally drive strategic decisions
- Contribute to establishing best practices for category management methodology
Requirements:
- In depth understanding of Transport and Installation in Offshore Wind
- Extensive experience in negotiation of contracts
The role is based in Oslo, London or Glasgow with occasional business travel across Europe.
