We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead our kitchen team in Stafford. Our client is a leading Independent Caterer, and we are looking for a dynamic individual to manage a team of 14 staff, ensuring consistent food quality and development.
As the Catering Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of 14 staff
- Ensuring consistent food quality
- Development and management of the team
- Financial management and budget control
The ideal candidate will have a strong Craft background, ideally within the B&I sector, and experience in unit management. You will also have excellent people management skills and a strong understanding of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety procedures.
