Customer service is at the forefront of the Twelve15 Vision and Mission. You will be a fantastic communicator with an ability to collaborate with our customers, promoting the benefits of the service we offer. The key skills we are looking for are as follows:A passion and skill for cooking, able to deliver high quality food and customer service in varying food production environments. Excellent communication skills (including teamwork, customer service and delivering presentations in schools) Enjoy sharing your culinary expertise and knowledge with both adults and childrenExperience of leading and delivering functionsExcellent planning skills Health and Safety Certificate Level 1, and proven understanding of health and safety in a kitchen environment Level 2 Food Safety Certificate Minimum NVQ Level 2 in food preparation and cooking or equivalentIT and administrative skills Experience of supervising staff Ability to work autonomously.Flexible and adaptable to suit variety of work. Excellent time keeping and flexibility around locations.Experience of working with diverse types of foods to manage Allergens.If you do not hold the specified qualifications but have a proven track record in the food industry, experience in delivering events, a desire to make a difference in children's lives and a belief in our mission, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.ShortlistingFor you to be considered for shortlisting, your CV and answers to the following questions will clearly evidence the knowledge, skills and qualifications listed above.
