CCTV and Access Control Engineer to join our dynamic, supportive team, serving a variety of sites throughout England.

About the Role

As a CCTV and Access Control Engineer, you will have the primary responsibility of surveying client sites, establishing direct liaisons with clients, creating detailed reports, and ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and support of CCTV and Access Control Systems. This diverse role involves frequent travel and offers the opportunity to work on various sites, including corporate buildings and industrial construction sites.

Responsibilities

  • Actively conduct site surveys and create comprehensive reports.
  • Directly liaise with clients on a daily basis.
  • Install and maintain CCTV and access control systems across a range of sites.
  • Provide support for CCTV Video Management Systems and Access Control Systems.
  • Work at heights when necessary for system installation and maintenance.
  • Provide regular reporting to the Head Office.

Essential Requirements

  • A professional, well-presented appearance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior customer service skills, with a commitment to maintaining the organisation's reputation.
  • Relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with access control systems.
  • Experience with electrical installations and maintenance.
  • Valid UK Driver's Licence.

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with Genetec systems / CCure / Lenel.
  • Five years of relevant work experience.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
