CFO FAMILY OFFICE

CFO/Controlling Experience in a SINGLE FAMILY OFFICE is fully MANDATORY
A Family Office is looking for a CFO, to create the Function and supervise/audit carefully all financial performance, capital expenditures of real estate & hospitality investments (several hundred millions € in different locations)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, audits, compliance, and bank relationships. He/she will collaborate with the CEO, and Operationals .The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and investments in hotel investments
Position located anywhere in London
Responsibilities
Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and audits
Prepare financial statements and reports
Check compliance with budget
Many things on his own and no finance team to manage
Qualifications
Experience in a SINGLE FAMILY OFFICE is fully MANDATORY
Strong finance-based analytical skills
7 - 10 years' of strong finance experience
Experience in Family Office or Private Equity Firms , both heavily invested in Hospitality/real estate
Extremely hands-on (does himlself/herself instead of telling what to do)
