Aon's recruitment and selection policy ensures the best possible skill mix of colleagues and the highest quality candidates are appointed using objective job-related criteria. About the Role As a CFO - Human Capital Solutions some of your key responsibilities will involve; Provide finance leadership and partnership to senior leaders in the Solution Line, working closely with them to develop and implement strategies to profitably grow the business and monitor performance of initiativesPartner with Human Capital Chief Innovation Officer and COO leaders to develop multiyear strategy for Human Capital; including market/competitor analysis, priority growth opportunities, opportunities to scale solutions and solution line investment casesCollaborate with Aon Solution line CFOs and regional CFOs to deliver Aon United opportunities for growth and efficienciesSupport Aon Global finance and Aon leaders in finance processes, including analysing and describing performance results, supporting forecasting and investor relationsLead the development, implementation and tracking of Investment cases Develop an inorganic (acquisition and disposition) strategy and implement M&A opportunities including the appraisal of business plans and deal models relating to mergers, acquisitions & divestments. Ensuring plans and monitoring are in place to deliver synergy benefitsDevelop comprehensive financial presentations in conjunction with Innovation and Operations leaders and present to executive committees and leaders including production of Monthly (MBRs) &/or Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)Continuously develop and implement key performance measures, including trend analysis and other operational data to provide insightful and challenging contribution to the overall running of the business Responsible for working in accordance with the regulatory and statutory requirements as appropriate including supporting entity board reporting where applicable Provide finance leadership in various leadership committees focused on managing business development, risk management, and other specific initiatives Build a culture of collaboration and support personal growth for the finance teamSkillsResults Driven – Must be a strategic thinker with the ability to translate the vision into actionable, quantitative plans.
