Marks Sattin Executive Search are working with a leading PE-Backed International SaaS Software business in the North of England who are seeking an exceptional CFO to join their experienced team. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated CFO with broad operational experience who will work to double the revenue over the next few years. As CFO, you will take full responsibility for the company's financial operations and drive significant revenue growth through the implementation of a global Buy and Build strategy. You will work closely with other senior executives, the board, and the PE house to provide strategic direction, optimize financial performance, and ensure the company meets its operational and financial objectives.The ideal candidate:Qualified Accountant.An autonomous CFO with experience in SaaS businesses.Prior experience managing international operations, including integrating acquisitions made internationally.Demonstrable experience creating growth in a business.A proactive, results-driven individual with excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Please note that due to the high volume of applicants only successful candidates will be contacted with further information about this role.
