CFO - PE Backed Media Business
£150k Basic
20% bonus
An exciting, PE backed, Media Business is seeking a CFO to join the team and lead the finance function. As CFO, you will support and report directly to the CEO, and work closely with board members and external stakeholders.
Duties:
Full ownership of the finance function.
Lead of company-wide financial planning and strategy.
Preparation of quarterly and annual forecasts and board committee reports.
Maintaining good relations with investors and external stakeholders.
Support the CEO and Chairman in commercial decision making.
Operate as a business partner to the CEO, Board, and Investors.
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of finance experience.
Finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
Relevant sector experience is highly desired.
Experience Working in a PE backed business.
Strong managerial skills.
strong internal and external stakeholder management.
Experience working in a fast paced environment.
£150k basic salary plus 20% bonus and equity
