An exciting opportunity is available for a highly skilled and innovative CFO to lead the finance team of a rapidly growing SaaS Software business. Working in a specialized and fast-paced industry, the CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and will implement a Buy and Build growth strategy that will generate a significant increase in revenue.The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with experience as a CFO in a SaaS Software business. The business is seeking a CFO who has a passion for driving growth and identifying new areas for expansion, strong leadership and communication skills and a demonstrable track record in acquisitions and integrations made internationally. Previous experience working in a PE-backed business would be highly desirable.Responsibilities:Lead the finance team and oversee financial operations.Develop and implement financial strategies for growth and profitability.Identify and execute strategic acquisitions for global expansion.Work with the executive team, the board, and the PE house to drive the strategic direction of the business, identifying growth opportunities.Please note that due to the high volume of applicants only successful candidates will be contacted with further information about this role.
