CFO - SaaS Cloud Software Business
£180k + 30% bonus + equity

The Opportunity
Finatal are currently partneredwith a multinational cloud software business who are looking for a CFO on apermanent basis. Based in North London, the B2B firm are achieving impressiverevenues of £31m with a 15% EBITDA and growing at circa 60% YOY. Havingrecently been acquired by a mid-market Private Equity house, the firm arelooking for a CFO who can take the lead on their organic growth strategy beforetheir potential exit in 3-4 years’ time.
The Role
The successful candidate willhave led on a full transaction cycle to either secondary equity or trade andhad prior experience within a PE/VC environment. Alongside this, the CFO willbe required to manage a highly motivated finance team whilst ensuring thedelivery of timely and accurate financial reports. Furthermore, it isimperative that the incoming candidate is confident in scaling systems,processes, and controls during a period of rapid growth.
