What you'll need to succeed
- Lead the analysis, identification, design, prioritisation and implementation of future processes and business changes to build the future improve business operations and services.
- Work with stakeholders to model future processes and gather requirements.
- Lead meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
- Lead efforts to resolve project challenges, conflicts and blockers.
- Use captured information and ideas to help with the creation of key digital outputs and investment cases.
- Where appropriate, support the evaluation of technology solutions using understanding of future requirements.
