Change Operational Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced Change Operational Risk Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing, maintaining, and overseeing the Enterprise and Operational Risk Management Frameworks, ensuring operational resilience and Change Risk Management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development, embedding, and maintenance of the Enterprise and Operational Risk Management Framework, aligning with industry best practices.
• Integrating and delivering Risk Management into the change life cycle.
• Facilitate the delivery of the Enterprise and Operational Risk Frameworks, supporting processes, and operational resilience elements.
• Provide guidance and support on risk management processes, promoting risk awareness and a culture of active risk and issue management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, report, and manage business, enterprise, and operational risks, controls, incidents, and issues appropriately.
• Assist in producing risk reports for management and governance committees.
• Promote and embed best practices of operational risk within the organization.
• Stay abreast of market and regulatory developments in enterprise and operational risk.

Qualifications and Experience:

• University degree; professional risk qualification or relevant risk experience.
• A strong appreciation of Operational Resilience Regulations.
• Strong understanding of the Change Management life cycle and Change Methodologies
• Significant experience working in an Operational Risk function within the Financial Services industry.
• Understanding of complex systems and the latest regulatory standards for operational and enterprise risk.
• Seasoned Oversight and Assurance professional.
• Proficient in risk change management and embedded enterprise and operational risk management frameworks.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex issues to diverse audiences and influence stakeholders.
