Meraki Talent’s highly regarded Investment Consultancy client is actively looking for several talented Managers and Senior Managers, to join their growing practice, as it expands in Scotland and London. The organisation has a strong footprint in the Investment industry, whilst many firms are perhaps making the difficult decision to effect redundancies or cease hiring, our client is taking this as an opportunity to grow and strengthen their presence, in a bid to secure the best talent the market has to offer.

They are committed to growth and are actively hiring both managerial and senior managerial professionals to join them. They are looking for managers who are passionate about Change and Transformation, that can deliver Projects or Programmes, or work within a PMO/Portfolio capacity. They are looking for candidates that have come from all aspects of an Investment/Wealth Management house, across the Front, Middle and Back Office. Perhaps Managers that have come from an Investment Ops, Custody, Transfer Agency or similar background, that have worked within an Asset Servicing or Custody hub.
These are not BAU or Investment Ops roles, they are blended roles, for candidates that have a blend of both the investment experience and the change/project/transformation experience. Passionate about Agile working and getting the best from people, they instil trust in their staff, whilst collaborating across their UK offices.
Background of the Change & Transformation Manager/Senior Man. (Investment Consultancy):
- Extensive experience working within the investment industry is essential
- Extensive experience working within a Change, Transformation, Programme, Project, PMO or similar capacity essential
- Strong stakeholder management skills are crucial for this role, with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet with clients face to face
- A knowledge of investment operations, asset servicing, custody, transfer agency etc very helpful
