The Key Account Manager will oversee the successful delivery of ISS Integrated FM services, including cleaning, technical services, workplace experience, helpdesk, mailroom, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and project work for the GPA in London (approx. £As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for implementing strategic commitments and empowering your team to create value for the customer. Your focus will be on ensuring client retention while maximizing opportunities for growth within the account. Provide leadership to service leads and indirectly the operational teams and supply chain Implement the account bid commitments and identify continuous improvement opportunities Direct and deliver highest standards throughout HSEQ performance ensuring compliance at all levels Responsibility for financial performance including revenue, margin, cash collection, WIP, unbilled and accruals Manage account embedded performance in payroll activity Ensure required standards are consistently maintained and reported through audit and KPI performance Leading TFM account essential Experience of budgeting, financial management and reporting Experienced MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Communication – Has a wide network and can maintain relationships ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
