Package for Chef De Partie
- 40 hours per week
- Overtime available
- £32000-£35000 plus paid overtime
- Food and drink provided while on shift
- Pension contribution
- Uniform provided
- Monday to Friday only – Bank Holiday off
- Central London Area
Duties for Chef De Partie
- Working across all section (rotating) excluding pastry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Preparing specific dishes in a timely manner.
- Responsible for managing section such as stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station.
- Following directions provided by the sous/head chef.
- Keeping your area of the kitchen safe and sanitary.
- Assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required.
The ideal Chef De Partie
- Food and Hygiene level 2/3
- Have at least 3 years’ experience as a Chef De Partie in Fine Dine kitchen
- Be Friendly, approachable, and professional.
- Impeccable appearance/personal grooming.
