Chef De Partie - Weybridge - 2 AA Rosettes - 4 on, 3 off
We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the brigade to deliver amazing quality 2 AA Rosette standard dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. As Chef de Partie, you will be supporting an award winning Head Chef to prepare seasonal modern dishes with an Italian influence, alongside British classics.

The Chef de Partie will receive:
A competitive salary of £27,000 + £4,200 service charge + tips and retention bonuses
Package of £32,000 minimum
A full time contract for 48 hours over 4 days/week shift system including weekends and bank holidays

The Person
The Chef de Partie will have:
Experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food environment, ideally at 2 AA Rosette level
A real passion for food and creating amazing dishes
Dedication, motivation and positivity
Flexibility to cover shifts as required
As the hotel is located on the outskirts of Weybridge, having your own reliable transport is essential
