This Wonderful Hotel with a 2AA Rosette award winning Restaurant is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade. The Exec Chef and his team have a great relationship with local farmers and fishermen to ensure the menus are fresh, seasonal and locally sourced. You’ll find traditional favourites as well as a range of contemporary dishes to choose from on the ever changing seasonal menu. Our Client is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie who can maintain and surpass the 2AA Rosettes already held by the property.
