About You

time. Has passed level
2 Food Safety qualification and his aware of responsibilities in relation to
allergens and keeping our guests safe. Previous
experience in a fast paced and busy kitchen environment, with previous
experience in food production from the following range of cooking styles: the
preparation of meat, poultry, fish, and vegetable dishes. Please note it need
not be all cooking styles.
About the Role
You will be consistently delivering our brand standards, menu and
dish specifications. You will carry out kitchen opening checks and maintain a safe, hygienic and secure working
environment. You will take part in daily, weekly and monthly cleaning
schedules and be responsible for food safety documentation including
temperate checks throughout the breakfast shift along with cleaning and maintenance reports, recording and monitoring of all food waste and correct storage of food with respect for the principles
of first in first out (FIFO)
Typical working hours: this is a permanent role (paid fortnightly) working 40 hours a week 6.30am - 3pm, across five days over seven.
