The hours are only 40 per week and it’s a lovely Mediterranean restaurant with casual dining.This is a well-known members club so there will be lunch and dinner service and some great events.You will be working on the sections, prep and service in a team of 4 chefs through service and aiming for 100 covers per day.We are looking for a real professional that can come in keep high standards in the kitchen.This would suit someone with a restaurant or members club experience or has spent time in a premium restaurant.
