chef de partie main kitchen & pastry chef de partie (2 roles) , required for a Rosette and multi award winning kitchen in Berkshire. Chef de partie main kitchen & pastry chef de partie £30k + service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fantastic team of chefs and develop your chef skills.
The role
We are looking for a chef de partie to run a section in the kitchen, you will prep your fridge and then cook to a rosette level, this is multi award winning and can offer a fantastic service and dishes to customers. You will learn alot in this kitchen and a great opportunity to develop your cookery skills. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
We are also looking for a pastry chef de partie to work under the head pastry chef.
Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background that is award winning or rosette awarded, you will have good knife skills and able to deal with seasonal produce. for the pastry chef de partie role, we are looking for a chef with a pastry background
