We are looking for a UK Culinary Lead - Craft & Chef Development, to work closely with our Director of Culinary and our Learning & Development team to create experiences with a specific focus on craft and chef development. In turn, you will work within a food platform that supports all Aramark sectors. You will collaborate with our Learning & Development team to elevate our culinary teams through continuous support and training, fostering well-being and a sense of belonging within Aramark UK. You have mastered the art of culinary craft and possess the knowledge and ability to share your skills effectively. Engage with all levels of our chef teams, ensuring clear career development paths for all chefs. Partner with our L&D team to design bespoke culinary courses focused on chef development and mentoring. Expand our Chefs Development Hub in collaboration with our L&D team. Create and deliver training workshops with a focus on craft and sustainable practices Collaborate with the Director of Culinary to identify training and development needs within Aramark Kitchens. Establish a robust Hospitality Chef Council within Aramark to work on central projects. Develop a Pastry Chef Council with a focus on patisserie and breadmaking.
