Job Description
We are a leading innovator in colour and fibre technologies, committed to advancing chemical solutions for recycling colours from textile waste and enhancing the efficiency of fabric recycling. Our vision is to foster a future where environmentally conscious textiles are crafted through circular processes and transparent supply chains in every stage of manufacturing. Currently, we are engaged in process scale-up and testing projects with key partners across the supply chain.
We are looking to hire an experience Chemical Engineer / Process Engineer to lead the development and scale-up of our chemical dye recycling technology.

- Supervise and execute pilot projects and scale-up studies at various locations.
- Contribute to process development, including reactor selection, design, set-up, optimization, and scale-down/scale-up studies.
- Apply engineering principles (mass and energy balances, thermodynamics) and utilize computational modelling (CAD, ASPEN, etc.) to create process flow diagrams and plant designs.
- Effectively communicate experimental results and implications across all levels of the R&D team.
- Modify and enhance reactor hardware for increased functionality; operate and maintain process equipment (bio-analysers, centrifuges, bioreactors, autoclaves, etc.).
